Pepperfish Construction and Will Lawler built a house for us on Cape San Blas in 2017.

Our experience with Will was extremely positive. He set aggressive but realistic deadlines and met them. The whole project took about 9 1/2 months with 6 weeks devoted to design and contracts and 8 months for construction, start to finish. Will worked exceedingly hard. He showed up on time, if not early. He was a perfectionist with excellent communication skills. He commanded the respect of his workers and subs, and others in construction related businesses such as insurance agents, bankers and building inspectors. He stayed within budget except where we authorized changes.

We found Will Lawler to be an honest man with genuine integrity.

Significantly our house survived Hurricane Michael with virtually no damage. Our roof, siding, windows and doors were intact after the storm and our interior stayed dry without water damage. We understand that other houses constructed by Will on the Cape also weathered the Hurricane with little or no damage.

We would have no hesitation recommending Will to a friend and we would not hesitate having Will build another home for us.  It was a pleasure to work with Pepperfish and Will Lawler.
