Pepperfish Construction

Thank you for your interest in Pepperfish Construction.  Founded in 2004, Pepperfish Construction is a niche construction company specializing in coastal construction in the Cape San Blas / Port St Joe areas.  We have completed over 40 homes since 2016 in Gulf County.  The marine environment can be brutal on homes if the correct materials and methods are not used.  We specialize in building high-quality, low-maintenance, coastal homes.

Although we have build several full-time residences for clients, a large majority of our clients live out-of-town.  Getting ready to design and build a “home away from home” at the coast can be complex.  Certain steps must be taken in the correct order to be successful and complete the project from design to completion in a timely and efficient manner.  I have a "Getting Started" process and can assist and handle everything you need to get ready to design and build your home.

If you are looking to build a home to place in the local rental market, having owned a coastal rental at the Cape, I am able to provide feedback on home features and materials that are better for rentals.  Insurance costs are unfortunately rising.  We are also very familiar with the wind mitigation insurance credits that are available if a home is designed and built accordingly.  Our communication is excellent and we look forward to getting a chance to meet with you and earn your business.
